For the maintenance of mounted axles, we provide workbenches made from welded structural steels, designed to offer secure and ergonomic support during operations. Equipped with rubber plates in the support areas, these workbenches allow for precise and efficient handling of the axles, whether using overhead cranes or forklifts.

These systems are designed with a focus on safety, efficiency, and the protection of the most essential railway components. The bogie storage units feature a robust design that allows for stacking up to three bogies, including two motor bogies and one trailer bogie, optimizing available space in workshops. The rubber plates in the support areas ensure that the bogies remain protected from potential damage during storage while providing a stable and reliable support surface.

Handling of the bogies is carried out safely using overhead cranes, chains, or slings, ensuring that each movement is controlled and efficient. Once placed on the supports, the chains or slings can be easily removed, ensuring that the bogies are perfectly positioned and ready for storage. This design allows for loading through the inner side of the system, while the outer side is used to place and handle the bogies with greater comfort and safety.
