For ACYGS Sales Management S.L., a company dedicated to the “Trade and commercial management of railway industrial machinery” and “Engineering, Consulting and Maintenance Services in the railway sector”, quality and environmental protection are key features of the services provided to our customers. The principles of our policy are based on the respect for the fundamental values of our company, customer satisfaction and commitment to continuous improvement of our work and of the quality and environmental management processes. For this purpose, it has been decided, as means of improving our company, to certify our company under the requirements of the international standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015 of Quality Management Systems and UNE-EN-ISO 14001: 2015 of Environmental Management Systems.
The following basic principles have been established:

- Continuous training for our staff in quality and excellence at work.
- Confidentiality in our work and in the handling of the documentation of our clients and suppliers.
- Encourage and involve the interested parties that take part, directly or indirectly in our work, in our quality and environmental protection processes.
- Develop our processes considering the environmental aspects of each activity, acting accordingly to eliminate or reduce to the minimum, in order to cause a minimal impact and protecting the environment.
- Prevent the pollution directly derived from our work to ensure the safety and well-being of the staff, by reducing the waste produced, the emissions and the consumption of resources and by managing their efficiency.
- Comply with the applicable law, current regulations and applicable requirements, as well as other commitments subscribed by the company.
- Promote initiatives to improve quality and good environmental practice, such as reducing consumption and emissions and correct management of generated waste, providing information and training to our employees to actively collaborate in this cause.
- Periodically review the effectiveness of the Management System for continuous improvement of our activities and performance, in terms of quality and environmental protection.
This Quality and Environmental Policy is revised at least once a year, for its continuous adaptation to the situation of the company and to the current regulations on quality and environmental issues. At the same time, this document constitutes a framework for the establishment and revision of the company’s objectives regarding quality and environment.
These are communicated to all the personnel of the organization to be understood at all levels and are available to any interested parties upon request.
