The rotating bench for axles with reduction gear 4001V (AC) works manually as well as automatically.
The machine is placed in soundproof cabin that remains closed when a test is being conducted, therefore the operator safety is guaranteed.
A vibration monitoring system can be fitted as an optional feature. This is installed on the floor and consist of a dual channel converter which analyze the bearing by sending pulses of 4 to 20 mA to the transducer that are proportional to the absolute maximum value that the pulses measured in the bearing.
An improved solution of this vibration monitoring system is the Shock Pulse Method (SPM). It measures the wave amplitude that grows as the surface of the bearing is stressed or damaged. It also changes depending on the turning speed, being able to perform a complete test of the state of the bearing.
