The vehicle is made of a solid steel structure from profiles between 8 and 15mm.

The maximum load these models can drive is 100 t.

The vehicle can be adapted to all types of couplings for shunting according to the characteristics of the train.

The vehicle is compact and robust with reliable batteries, and is able to drive up to 500 tons. It is made of a solid steel structure from profiles between 8 and 15mm.

Bogie storage

Description

Bogie storage units are welded structures made of structural steel. Rubber plates are installed in the support areas for bogie frames to provide a safe loading support for bogies when stored on top of each other. They allow the stacking of up to three bogies (2 motor bogies and 1 trailer bogie).

An overhead crane must lift the bogies using chains or slings and rest them on the storage unit until they are securely and properly placed. Once they are secured the chains or slings used to lift the bogie onto the storage unit must be removed.

The load is managed only by the inside of the supports. The outside of the supports will only be used for the correct positioning of the bogies. The lower part of the bogie storage unit is dimensioned to fit 3 bogies.

Bogie Frame Lift and Turn Device

Description

The lift and turn device is used for maintenance of bogie frames, making it easy to weld, mount and dismount components, to carry out visual and ultrasounds inspections, etc.

This unit consists of two lifting jacks, equipped with a rotating device (x-axis) with a reduction motor on each side. 

The frame is secured between the jacks with a fixing device that is specifically designed to adapted to every type of frame.

Overhead Cranes

Description

We offer a wide variety of overhear cranes, such as industrial single-girder cranes, designed to optimize space in working areas, and double-girder cranes, which are optimal for reducing the load on the structure and with greater stability for transporting heavy loads.

Single-girder cranes have a lifting capacity of up to 20 t. It is based on a single-box girder structure which makes it the best choice to maximize reduced spaces. It is the optimal solution for limited working environments.

The double-girder cranes have a lifting capacity of up to 100 t. Its structure consisting of two box girders and a cable hoist makes them optimal for the movement of heavy and bulky loads, providing high stability and precision. This is the best choice for transporting heavy loads.

Workbench for Wheelsets

Description

Workbenches for wheelsets are a welded structure made of structural steels. Rubber plates are placed in the support areas for the wheelsets to provide a safe support for the load.

These workbenches are specially designed to provide adequate support for the wheelsets assembled with their components to carry out easy and ergonomic maintenance tasks. 

The wheelsets must be lifted by an overhead crane or forklift truck with slings and rested on the bench in a safe and adequate manner. Once they are secured, the slings used to lift the wheelset must be removed, and the necessary operations can be carried out.

Bogie Transporter

Description

The transporter is built in steel, with a tie bar at the front, with the driving controls. It has 2 manual ramps of around 500 mm long Thanks to its 20% gradient and the cable winch lock, no additional safety device is required during bogie transport.

This unit consists of:

  • Microprocessor pulse control system for driving
  • Motor driven (direct current reduction motor)
  • Battery charger
  • Electric rope winch

Bogie Mover

Description

The tractive pushers are pedestrian operated and battery powered, designed to push and pull train wheelsets and bogies. Used in rail applications this Tractive unit will move up to 25 or 50 tons. They ensure that operators can enjoy safe and efficient handling at all times. Simple to use, robust and ergonomically designed.

The unit is connected with the bogie by means of a coupler to push/pull from the front (using a union with the frame), o from the side (using the eyelets of the axle boxes).

Underfloor lifting system

DESCRIPTION

This lifting system is designed to lift a train following these steps:

  1. Lifting the complete train: The lifting platforms raise the entire train which rests on the wheels tread.
  2. Holding the carbody lifted: The carbody rests lifted by means of holding spindles, in order to remove the bogies.
  3. Lowering the bogie: Keeping the box raised, the platforms go down with the bogies for maintenance work.

The necessary tools to carry out maintenance operations can be connected to the power panels that are fitted in the system.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

This unit is designed with a special rail system on which cars travel the entire length of the system on the wheels tread. Once the wheels are in the lifting area of the pit, the lifting operation can be carried out, following the process explained above.

Lifting table

Description

The compact design of the lifting table makes it a very solid and stable lifting device. It consists of two high-quality hydraulic cylinders that raise the platform up to almost 2 meters.

It is fitted with maintenance-free bearings to optimize long-term performance.

The table includes foot protection plates on three sides of the base frame, a protective curtain extending from the base to the lift platform, and fixed wheel stops at each end of the lift tracks.

The lifting table travels on rails. Its movement is controlled by a pendant remote control, and it is battery driven.

It has been designed and built with eyebolts, which allow the table to be lifted and positioned by means of an overhead crane.
