Shock Absorber Test Bench

This test bench allows to carry out tests on shock absorbers at different angles, thus adapting to all types of shock absorbers, maintaining functionality and safety.

The process is simple: the operator places the damper on the bench and secures it. The operator then closes the safety gates and selects the test mode to be performed according to the purpose of the test and type of damper.

The machine places the damper in the pre-programed start position to carry out the test and, after pressing the “Test Start” button, the test begins, taking into consideration the number of displacements programed, as well as the predefined speed and force parameters.

All cycles and tests carried out are represented on the computer with the “force/displacement” curve, as well as the speed values. These result values can also be printed.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Among other information, the computer screen displays:

  • Force/Displacement curve.
  • The evaluation criterion (limit parameters).
  • The current condition of the damper in relation to the required performance.
  • Whether the damper is valid or not.

Universal Spring Test Bench

Description

The springs need to be inspected regularly to check their load capacity, elasticity, and energy absorption.

These tests are carried out by track and rolling stock maintenance personnel. The test mainly includes the analysis of the impact force on the springs and the resulting correlation with the compression achieved in relation to the height of the helical springs, and, in the case of leaf springs, in relation to the arrows when the force is applied and removed.

The universal spring test bench allows the operator to perform all tests required by applicable regulations and to control force/distance curves.

Banco de Pruebas de Panel de Freno

Descripción del equipo

El equipo de pruebas puede realizar pruebas automáticas en los sistemas de frenado de acuerdo con los procedimientos de prueba.

El equipo de prueba es automático y está basado en PC. El técnico conecta la MBTU a la conexión neumática del vagón o locomotora y se identifica a sí mismo y a la UUT:

  • Hace el inicio de sesión
  • Elige el procedimiento de prueba
  • Identifica la UUT por el número de serie u otra información

El software carga el procedimiento de prueba para el tipo de vagón / locomotora seleccionado, luego el técnico elige, una por tiempo, la prueba que quiere realizar. Se recogen las medidas adquiridas por el sistema de adquisición de datos y al final de todo el procedimiento, si todas las pruebas se realizan positivamente, se generará un informe de prueba en pdf. El procedimiento de prueba evalúa automáticamente si el rendimiento cumple o no con el rendimiento requerido: el técnico no puede cambiar el resultado de la prueba.

Description

This test bench allows technicians to perform specific tests on pantographs automatically, and in accordance with the international standard IEC EN 50206-1.

The test bench is automatic. The technician places the pantograph on the test station and identifies the pantograph and the device (connection, part number within a defined list of devices, serial number, and other specific test data).

Extra-fast Isolating Switch Test Bench

Description

Este equipo puede probar los seccionadores extrarrápidos y confirmar si su funcionamiento es correcto o no.

Los ensayos pueden ser realizados de manera automática o manual. Definiendo corriente y tiempo, el usuario puede elegir hasta 15 ensayos para seccionadores extrarrápidos, dependiendo del modelo del seccionador.

Banco de Pruebas de Acopladores

Descripción del equipo

El Banco de Pruebas de Acopladores está formado por dos partes principales: la parte fija y la parte móvil. La parte fija es una estructura de acero, que está parcialmente montada en el suelo. Es también la estructura portante de otras partes de la maquina como la caja de circuitos o los actuadores hidráulicos.

De este equipo hay que destacar la gran variedad de pruebas que puede realizar a los acopladores y la facilidad de montaje/desmontaje del acoplador.

La máquina se ancla al suelo proporcionando la estabilidad necesaria para llevar a cabo los ensayos requeridos al acoplador.

Posicionados los acopladores sobre la placa adaptadora del lado fijo de la máquina, se conectan con el sistema electrónico y neumático del banco de prueba. La cabeza del acoplador se desplaza hacia la parte fija y se procede al intento de separación de la cabeza del acoplador de prueba aplicando una fuerza determinada por el cliente.

Además, por su seguridad el banco además cuenta con sensores para asegurarse que ningún empleado u objeto esté presente cuando este está funcionando.

Axle Measuring Bench

Description

This machine is designed to measure the torsion and out of roundness of the railway axles on both the wheels and the brake discs.

The operating principle consists of turning the axle by means of rollers in contact with the axle ends. The torsion and out of roundness is measured using a laser meter.

Description

The air conditioning test bench is both mechanically and electrically sturdy. All required tests can be performed by providing the required power supplies and conditioning two different air inlets.

Test Bench for Buffers and Springs

Description

The buffers, spring and air bag suspension need to be tested regularly to ensure that the characteristics of energy absorption are within the specified ranges.

This test bench is manufactured according to the UNE-EN 15551 standard – “Railway applications – Railway rolling stock – Buffers”
