Data Processing Purpose
The company shall process the personal data provided by applicants for the only purpose of managing the personnel selection processes of the Company.
The personal data requested from the applicant is necessary for the stated purpose. If the applicant does not provide the data requested by the Company, the personnel selection process cannot be carried out.
Storage Time
All the data requested to applicants, as well as their Resume/CV, shall be stored for the time necessary to manage the personnel selection processes in progress, and must not be kept beyond a period of 1 year, unless otherwise requested by the applicant.
Legitimacy of Data Processing
The legitimacy of the Company for personal data processing is based on the consent given by the person concerned.
Data Communication or Transfer
The Company does not intend to disclose applicant’s personal data to third parties, except for official bodies or third parties in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Company may hire external services with professionals or companies who will have access to their personal data such as:
- Human Resources consultants or recruitment companies, for the sole purpose of participating in selection processes.
In such cases, the corresponding data processing contract shall be maintained with such professionals or companies where the obligations, instructions and responsibilities of such contracts shall be established for the proper use of their personal data.
If the Company intends to make any further transfer of personal data to third parties, it will be communicated to the applicant in advance to obtain express consent.
Rights of the Users
Any interested party may exercise the following rights in accordance with the existing data protection legislation.
Right to obtain confirmation from the Data Processor about whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed. Right to access to your personal data, request rectification of inaccurate data, request the erasure of data that are no longer necessary for the purposes that they were collected for, request the limitation or object to processing of the data, with the exception of the data that must continue to be processed for legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of possible claims, and transfer your data.
If the Company is processing your data for any purpose for which they have been requested with prior consent, the applicant has the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the legality of the data processing prior to its withdrawal.
You can exercise the rights set forth above before the Data Processor, whose details are contained in this document, by providing the appropriate document that identifies you.
Similarly, you can request the necessary forms to facilitate the exercise of your rights.
